What is Google Forms?

  • Think of the Form as a "gateway" to the Google Spreadsheet.
  • Google Docs Forms work with Google Spreadsheets to help you gather information and data without directly inputing into the spreadsheet.
  • Form users are presented with multiple choice questions, check boxes, and fillable fields rather than the columns and rows of the spreadsheet.
